Our Church
Dorchester Drive Bible Church
Dorchester Drive Bible Church is a member of the North American Baptist Convention. Our church has been located at 5002 Dorchester Dr. since the 1960's. We recently hired our new Pastor Phil Bookhamer after Rich Bell the former pastor retired after 20 years of ministry at DDBC. We are excited for the future the Lord has for DDBC as we continue to make disciples and share the Gospel throughout our region and the world.
Our Denomination
North American Baptist Conference
The North American Baptist Conference continues to honor that beginning throughout the US and Canada, as well as internationally in countries such as Cameroon, Brazil, Japan, Mexico, the Philippines, and Eastern Europe. Our ministry covers evangelism, discipleship, church planting, and developing Biblical and pastoral training of leaders, counseling, and camping, as well as care for the elderly.
Within the United States and Canada, the Conference has grown to consist of over 400 churches.
Kingdom Kids
Jesus valued children so much that he made time for them in his demanding schedule (Matthew 19:14). He talked with them and he blessed them. At DDBC we value children as blessings from the Lord, and also as contributing members of our church family. In our Kingdom Kids program we instill in the students a sense of their God-given value by teaching them who God is, how much he loves them, and what his good, pleasing, and perfect will is (Romans 12:2).
